Classes

We offer classes for all skill and ability levels. Each class is capped at 6-12 people depending on age and ability so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We are currently signing up for summer classes and will have 2024-2025 school year session sign ups available soon.

Classes are offered in two session groups: School Year and Summer.

School Year Classes - run from September through May and require a contract for its entire duration. A single trial class is offered for students new to the gym. At the conclusion of the class, we will discuss what class and schedule we think is best for your child and a signed contract until May will be required for further participation.

Summer Session Classes - run for June, July, and early August. Classes are available and registration can be completed by contacting us directly.

A specific time or class cannot be guaranteed for either session as students are placed based on their age and ability to ensure they are given the proper level of training. However, classes can be switched at any time throughout the year to better accommodate the athletes skill level or change in their schedule.

Team classes are comprised of our competitive athletes and require a full year contract (September-August). As such, they cannot be joined by just anyone at any time. If you are interested in your child joining the team, please let us know so we may evaluate and discuss the options we feel are best for them.
